1. Data Ownership & Usage

Sensor data collected from your machinery remains your primary asset. However, by using our analytics engine, you grant AeolusVibe Solutions a non-exclusive, global licence to anonymise and aggregate this data for the purpose of refining our vibration algorithms. Don't worry, your specific operational secrets stay yours.

2. Service Limitations

Does predictive maintenance guarantee zero downtime? While our wind-inspired analytics significantly lower risk, they're not a crystal ball. AeolusVibe Solutions provides insights based on probabilistic modelling. We're not liable for mechanical failures that occur despite our monitoring. Maintenance decisions ultimately rest with your onsite engineers.

3. Platform Access

Access to the Aeolus dashboard is restricted to authorised personnel only. You're responsible for maintaining password security. If we detect suspicious activity that looks like a data breach attempt, we'll suspend access immediately to protect the ecosystem.

4. Liability Limits

Our total liability for any claim arising from our analytics services is limited to the amount paid by your organisation during the twelve months preceding the incident. We don't cover indirect losses like lost production time or reputational damage. It's standard industry practice, but we're clear about it.
